After using Rug Wash it is like we have a brand new rug. We bought a beautiful wool rug from Agra, India when we visited and it was looking a little tired. Rug Wash picked it up from our home and returned it, after cleaning, in absolutely perfect condition. It has simply never looked better. I hadn't realized how much it needed a professional clean until we received it back. Rug Wash are the real deal. They did such a lovely job with my precious rugs. The colours are really showing up beautifully now after the washing process, I hadn't realised how dull they had become and now I am in love with my rug again! Thank you to the lovely lady who called and suggested reknotting the fringe. It looks much better now. And thanks to the friendly fellow who collects and delivers the rugs. Seriously the best in service and quality. They're not the cheapest but that's because they take the rug offsite to treat it properly, it's worth every cent. Don't trust your rug with anyone else eg. a carpet cleaner. My 100% wool rug was dirty and had a challenging yellow stain and these guys made it look better than new! They called me each step of the way to organise pickup, explain the process and how much the stain would cost to remove, they were clear in how long it would be before I got the rug back and delivered it to my living room in the end.
